The Challenge & The Vision

Ayansh Automobiles planned an ambitious expansion — launching two new dealerships, one in Jalgaon and one in Dhule, on the same day. Their vision was to establish a strong and synchronized market presence across both districts, ensuring maximum visibility and a memorable brand introduction.

The challenge was unprecedented:

  • A timeline of just 5 days to plan, design, coordinate, and execute
  • Back-to-back inauguration events in two different cities between 9 AM and 5 PM
  • Continuous transit and coordination between Jalgaon & Dhule
  • Creating showroom-ready experiences along with workshop décor, media visibility, and complete program flow
