The Challenge & The Vision
Jalgaon, known as the “Gold City”, is home to some of the biggest local jewellery houses along with several established national and international brands. Entering this highly competitive market and positioning a new showroom as a mainstream, trusted jeweller required deep strategic thinking and flawless execution.
House of Jewels envisioned a grand launch that would not only introduce their brand but also earn them a respected, prominent place among Jalgaon’s top jewellery players. The challenge was clear — build visibility, create trust, drive footfall, and launch the brand with a strong emotional and cultural connect with the city.
Our Approach & The Experience We Created
At Multi Media Features Pvt. Ltd., we crafted a 360-degree launch campaign that spanned from pre-event planning to post-launch amplification — designed to build curiosity, engagement, and mass awareness in the city.
- Strategic Campaign Planning: Created a month-wise launch roadmap covering brand introduction, audience engagement, festive leverage (Navratri), and grand opening day promotions.
- Creative Designing: Developed brand-aligned creatives for print, digital, outdoor, and in-store communication.
- Social Media & Marketing: Crafted a high-impact digital presence with teasers, storytelling, influencer tie-ins, and countdown campaigns.

- Event Consultation: Guided the client on theme, launch format, flow, hospitality, and customer experience.
- Mega Jewel Launch Activity (Navratri):
We shortlisted 10–20 renowned women from Jalgaon and conceptualized a unique 9-day engagement:- Each day of Navratri, one jewel category was launched — Mangalsutra, Polki, Diamonds, Necklaces, Bracelets, Silver, Kids’ Jewellery, and more.
- This created daily excitement, bringing new footfall, word-of-mouth buzz, and brand credibility.
- Door-to-Door Invitations: Distributed 40,000+ invitations across Jalgaon neighborhoods — a massive awareness boost that placed House of Jewels directly in households.
- Grand Opening Day Execution: Managed the full launch ceremony, guest handling, décor, rituals, crowd management, media, and on-ground coordination.
Through cohesive planning, impactful design, and constant engagement, MMFPL positioned House of Jewels as not just a new store — but as a new contender in Jalgaon’s jewellery legacy.
The Result
The showroom launch of House of Jewels became one of Jalgaon’s most talked-about retail openings of the year. Continuous engagement during Navratri, mass-scale invitations, and strong PR ensured the brand entered the market with authority and excitement.
Most importantly, the strategic approach executed by MMFPL successfully placed House of Jewels as a mainstream jeweller in a hyper-competitive market. Their positioning transformed from a new entrant to one of the major jewellery players in Jalgaon — achieving the exact visibility, footfall, and market presence the client envisioned.
