The Challenge & The Vision

Prachi Seeds envisioned Aarohan 2025 as more than just a launch — it was meant to mark a new chapter for the brand. With a refreshed packaging line ready to be unveiled, they wanted to create an immersive experience for their dealers that blended inspiration, business insights, and strong brand storytelling.

The challenge was to design an event that seamlessly communicated this transformation while managing hospitality, logistics, content flow, and high-profile speakers. The vision called for a 360-degree execution where every element — from visual identity to audience experience — aligned perfectly.
